The journeys go wayyyyy back to when my parents made a two month trip to Ohio from Winnipeg. Perhaps even one that occured some time before that where i remember looking up and down the hwy knowing that sometime in the future, i would return to travel the highways and biways. There was a long weekend roadtrip to and from Vancouver with my brother inlaws. Then in 1986, I made a trip to Expo in Vancouver and returned to Winnipeg via Denver, Co. The next major road trip was a journey down the California coast in 1992 from Vancouver originating in Winnipeg as well. I lived in Winnipeg til 1988 and then moved to Calgary, Alberta.
