CALGARY TO VANCOUVER - August 2 to 4, 2002
Well, this was one quick trip to the coast with a night in Kamloops, B.C. on the way there. Had a nice two night homestay in Vancouver with Joanne and Ray and on the road again for the 4th. It took a long time to return home since someone tried to outrun the RCMP in the Lake Louise area and split his car in half getting into an accident and ending up in the hospital. The RCMP always get their man... That delay was about another 5 hours added to the trip with 10 miles of vehicles lined up down the highway. Only on a long weekend... Oh well... here are the highlights of this weekend trip!
