THE TEXAS TRIP - DAY 30

THE TEXAS TRIP - DAY 30

HOME AGAIN

Ain't it good to be back home again? Time to unpack. Time to get caught up on a few hundred emails. Time to look forward to going back to work. Would it not be nice to have an endless vacation? I looked over my souvenirs of the trip.

Looking back, I picked up some cotton along the hwy from the nearby cottonfields in Texas.

I bought this Route 66 sign at Twisters in Williams, AZ.

I wore a set of flag pins during my touring trip.

In the Walmart store of Corpus Christi, I was able to purchase a scorpion in this plastic paperweight. I wondered just what they looked like and how big they were. Now I had a good idea.

And that was my Texas trip! Thanks for travelling with me. It sure had been something else with all that was accomplished and the milestone in my life through this trip. I was hungry for more trips with still so much out there to see yet. I am now plannning the next trip which will be a U.S. National Park tour of the SW U.S.A. Stay tuned!
