I am told that the car has a burnt valve and that it would be ready on Friday around noon. I had to think. The estimation was $650 US... around $1000 cdn. Do I junk the car and take a Greyhound home or rent a car for the remainder of the trip? I decided to have it fixed up and to take the chance that it would make it the rest of the way. Time to just relax and wait. The lost time would mean rerouting my trip plans a bit.
I went for a walk and took a few pictures along the way stopping trying to get a good picture of the "Wandering Hobo" on the rails.
