THERESA AND SHARON'S VISIT TO ALBERTA - ROSEBUD DINNER THEATER

THERESA AND SHARON'S VISIT TO ALBERTA - ROSEBUD DINNER THEATER

Thursday arrived and it was off to the Rosebud Dinner theater in Rosebud, Alberta for an awesome dinner and play that followed. I call it the Rosebud Experience and you really have to attend to know what I am talking about. They toured a bit of Drumheller nearby and headed home from that long day as well. There was a lot planned for just a week of touring so it was tiring them out. I think Sharon felt it the most. Well, for Friday, the last day, I put Heritage Park on the list. It takes about 4 to 5 hours to tour the park and would give them an early Friday night to relax before getting up early to be on the plane at 7am heading back to Florida winding down the week.

As you travel hwy 9, you will see a number of Canola fields.

Welcome to Drumheller, Alberta's badlands.

Sharon poses with the welcome sign.

Sweeping view of typical scenery of the area.

More of the same.

Just cannot get enough of the difference in scenery.

A closer up look.

Another view.

Another photo clicked off.

An yet another.

A dinosaur at the Royal Tyrell Museum.

But wait, look at this mean looking dinosaur in the city of Drumheller! Whoa! Okay, off to Rosebud now...

The play titled "Village of Idiots" was playing.

Taking a moment out to sit on these interesting looking chairs by the parking lot.

When you finish loading up your plates at the buffet, musicians will come to each eating room and play for you.

Ssshhh... This is a surprise and i usually don't tell anyone that i take out here that it happens. It adds to your Rosebud experience.
