The Calgary Zoo continues...
Tyler poses by a misty waterfall.
Tyler, our leader takes a minute out to pose for a picture by the grizzly bear.
Now for some real bears to watch.
Hyeanas.
And the king of the jungle, a lion.
Theresa and Sharon check out a gift shop and try on hats. Theresa went a little bit further.
Look at the warthogs.
While the ladies try on hats, Tyler plays in the playground. They have a new dinosaur ride so he reluctantly leaves the playground. The clock is ticking and the zoo will be closing in an hour now and there is so much yet to see.
We stop by the conservatory.
There is a large butterfly room in here.
We find a tropical bird.
We pass by the ape and monkey house.
Look at the monkey.
Flamingos.
After the zoo, we headed up Crescent Drive for a close up view overlooking the city. Then we head off back to the ranch for some down time that evening. The next day we have planned a very long day touring the mountains. And that was our Sunday's day of events.
