TREK TO CROWSNEST PASS - EXPLORING COLEMAN

TREK TO CROWSNEST PASS - EXPLORING COLEMAN

We usually now try and leave for the Pass after Linda finishes work at the salon on Saturday to give us as much time there as possible. We had much to do so we had a later start but it led to some nice photos on the way down.

Someone painted a red nose on this deer sign.

This Burmis tree really stands out nice with the sunset.

The Crowsnest Pass sign welcomes you to the area. You can see the Crowsnest mtn. off in the distance.

A closer look reveals a Crow perched on this miner's car.

Here are the lights of Coleman right after we passed through Blairmore.

We bought a spice rack and added it to the counter as well as a toaster oven.

I had been working on these multiframes in Calgary and finally got to hang up 3 of them. More to come as this all takes time. This travel themed house is starting to take shape now.

The first multiframe is of the Pincher Creek area, Waterton and Glacier National Park.

The second frame has some of a highway in Montana and more of Glacier National Park.

The third mulitframe is of Yellowstone National Park. I was going through my National Park photos from the National Park tour that I did back in 2002.

In the background, you might notice that we rearranged that corner by the desk.

These photos were from my Texas trip where I also visited the Grand Canyon for the first time. That is one awesome place to visit!

Well, after hanging the photos and doing some odd jobs around the house, we thought that it was high time to take a walk to downtown which is very close by and see the sights.

And Linda needed a rest but wait, she has found something to look at.

Linda peeks into a shop.

Linda peeks into another shop as well during our walking tour. And of course it is a hair salon.
