Calgary To Boston, MA and Nova Scotia June, 1999

The plan was to head up to Nova Scotia and then back south again catching some of the maritime life.

New Brunswick. Not too long after leaving the U.S., this old abandoned motel was to be discovered enroute to St. John.

Close to St. John, New Brunswick, you get this scenic view along the highway.

St. Mary, Nova Scotia. The ocean waves were just rolling in on this cloudy day. There are so many undiscovered places here where tourists just don't seem to find them.

Nova Scotia. On the site where they filmed a movie called "The Scarlett Letter", I found this view of the Bay of Fundy. I also found 5 wood ticks on me so beware of those suckers when you visit this area in June!

Nova Scotia. The Scarlett Letter house itself. Sadly noted, vandals have cut the beams out and had punched holes in the walls.

Nova Scotia. This is where the Acadians had landed a long time ago.

Nova Scotia. Nice scenic two lane highway on the way to Blomingdon.

Nova Scotia. I came acoss this cow scene. See how nicely those cows posed for me?

Nova Scotia. A lighthouse.

Nova Scotia. And the sun goes down on this lovely day out here.
